About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Global Energy (Group) Limited. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the industrial engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial engineering sector, with a focus on asset integrity and infrastructure projects.
  2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers and business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industrial engineering sector, informing business development strategies and initiatives.
  5. Proposal Development: Develop and submit high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 12 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the industrial engineering sector.
  2. Education: Degree in Engineering or a related subject, with a strong understanding of asset integrity and infrastructure projects.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
