About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Horizon Search & Selection Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to screen and qualify prospects
  • Manage incoming call-backs from designated accounts
  • Create tailored scripts and email templates for each client's project
  • Devise and implement sales strategies based on insights gained on calls, but also from information provided by colleagues
  • Report on all sales activities and communications, backing up with statistics
  • Keep databases and CRM systems up to date
  • Engage with clients through face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be a team player, with a collaborative and supportive approach to working with colleagues.
