Telesales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team at Little Black Dog Recruitment Limited. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, making proactive sales calls, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and conduct market research to identify customer needs
  • Make sales calls and collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably telephone sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per year, plus an uncapped commission structure (OTE £30,000 per year)
  • A 28-day holiday allowance per year, including Bank Holidays
