About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at Confused, a leading comparison platform for car insurance. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, championing their needs and resolving queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and webchat. You'll also work closely with our social media team to respond to queries across various channels and support promotions run by our company.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while exceeding targets and objectives. You'll also be responsible for accurately reporting complaints and complying with FCA dispute resolution guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and webchat
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the social media team to respond to queries across various channels
  • Support promotions run by our company
  • Liaise with insurance partners to ensure the best outcome for customers
  • Accurately report complaints and comply with FCA dispute resolution guidelines
