Estimated Salary Range: £25,700 to £27,300 per annum
Job Description:
As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client payrolls, ensuring compliance with PAYE and NIC legislation. Your key duties will include accurately entering starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances into the Payroll database, running payroll reports, and ensuring timely salary payments. You will also maintain payroll software proficiency, respond to client payroll queries, and assist with BACS uploading and quality checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require strong knowledge of payroll legislation changes, as well as proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work accurately under some supervision.
