Kenton Black are representing a progressive financial firm with offices in Manchester seeking to appoint a HYBRID Payroll Administrator to work 3 days at home and 2 in the office. You will be joining an established and innovative practice that offers the successful Payroll Administrator an exceptional opportunity to join a friendly team. This is a busy, varied role dealing with a varied client portfolio, dealing with HMRC queries and all associated payroll administration duties.

**Duties included but not limited to**:

- Working as part of a busy payroll processing team undertaking full end to end weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Sage/Paycircle (training provided)
- Auto-enrolment/pensions
- Dealing with HMRC & client queries over the telephone
- SMP/SSP
- Collating and input of payroll information

**Person Specification**:

- Experience of running weekly/monthly payrolls end to end ideally within an accountancy/bureau or umbrella or inhouse environment
- Auto-enrolment pensions
- Dealing with BACS submissions
- Submission of RTI, HMRC queries
- Ideally experience of SAGE, Paycircle (training can be provided)
- Excellent client communication skills to deal effectively with payroll queries
- Friendly and professional disposition, able to work in a team environment

**Salary: c£28-£30K + Life Cover, flexible working hours, 4 weeks hols, HYBRID working**

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
