The role of a Retail Advisor at Virgin Media O2 is to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the team in achieving their goals.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. This will involve providing product information, answering queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores look great, are well-organized, and provide a welcoming environment for customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, engaged, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work additional hours as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.81 per hour, plus opportunities for progression and professional development.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, approachable, and have strong communication and listening skills. Experience in retail/customer service is preferred, but not essential.
