Job Description

GAP Lifting Hire & Sales is a leading provider of lifting equipment and accessories. Our Technical Inspection team ensures the highest standards in Test, Inspection and Certification of lifting and working at height equipment.

This role involves site-based inspection, testing, repair and maintenance of lifting and working at height equipment. You will produce reports and certification for equipment, and advise customers on the correct selection and use of lifting equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • Essential experience as a Lifting Engineer/Fitter with competence in inspecting lifting equipment in accordance with LOLER / PUWER
  • LEEA Qualifications are highly desirable
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members
  • Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • Valid driving licence required
