We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our team, responsible for teaching and learning across multiple academies. As a senior leader, you will work closely with Executive Principals and subject leaders to drive improvement and excellence in education.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in middle leadership or Assistant Principal roles, with a strong background in teaching and learning. You will be flexible, able to work across schools, and committed to mentoring and coaching teachers and leaders.

**Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum**

**Job Description:*

Main Areas of Responsibility:

You will support subject leaders and teachers in developing and delivering outstanding teaching and learning, working closely with the Executive Principal for the Central Quadrant. You will work across Academies as directed, improving standards and outcomes for our students, and supporting teaching and learning strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for an outstanding middle leader or Assistant Principal with a proven track record of subject/middle leadership. You must be flexible, prepared to work across schools, and have a strong background in teaching and learning.
