About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced academic leader to join our team as a Academic Board Member. As a key member of the institution's leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic strategy and vision for The Royal Veterinary College. Your expertise and knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring that we continue to provide outstanding education and research opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the Council and senior leaders to develop and implement academic policies and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to academic staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and research.
  • Promote collaboration and partnerships with other institutions and organizations to advance our academic mission.


What You Will Need:
  • Extensive experience in academic leadership and management.
  • An excellent understanding of veterinary and biomedical sciences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Working Arrangements: This is a full-time position based at our Camden campus in London. You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the College and its stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £80,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
