Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Demand Generation team in the UK&I region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have substantial experience working in partner marketing, ideally within a sales-led GTM motion focused on generating new business pipeline and bookings. They will possess a deep understanding of how to take the joint value-proposition of a partnership to market, including collaborating on messaging and identifying the ideal customer.

The role requires a broad range of skills, including content creation, running campaigns, managing events, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a natural project manager, able to coordinate resources across teams and balance competing priorities. They will also be commercially astute, taking a holistic view of the partner strategy when evaluating the impact of their activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans that drive business growth and success
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers on go-to-market plans for strategic partners, leading the development of marketing initiatives
  • Plan and deliver demand generation campaigns across partner and GoCardless owned channels, in collaboration with marketing teams of strategic partners
  • Project manage campaign build and execution, working closely with Field, Audience Marketing, Content, Brand Design, Product Marketing, and Sales
  • Own the planning and execution of key events for strategic partners
  • Identify opportunities to drive incremental inbound requests from the partner website hub
  • Work on marketing initiatives to support the acquisition, launches, retention, and growth of new partnerships
  • Work with the Partner Programme Manager to run marketing campaigns at scale targeting integration partners
Requirements:
  • Substantial proven experience working in partner marketing, ideally within a sales-led GTM motion focused on generating new business pipeline and bookings
  • Deep understanding of how to take the joint value-proposition of a partnership to market
  • Broad experience across the marketing mix, including content creation, running campaigns, and managing events
  • Natural project manager, able to coordinate resources across teams and balance competing priorities
  • Commercially astute, taking a holistic view of the partner strategy when evaluating the impact of activities
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making
