Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Druva. As a key player in our partner ecosystem, you will be responsible for building and executing programs that drive revenue growth, educate internal teams, and manage field events to support our partner and demand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and roll out end-to-end integrated partner marketing campaigns with and through key partners and in collaboration with other Marketing teams.
  • Plan and execute local events with partners to drive net new leads and sales velocity.
  • Work with focus Druva channel partners in region to manage awareness, lead gen, engagement, and enablement programs in support of onboarding and driving pipe.
  • Help MSP develop and roll out marketing campaigns utilizing accrued MDF spend.
  • Develop joint messaging, solution briefs, slide presentations, business and technical white papers, web and social content etc. in support of demand gen with channel, working with product and content marketing team.
  • Manage a global budget with quarterly allocations, tracking, measuring, and reporting. Responsible for optimizing the global MDF budget in direct support of achieving marketing and sales goals.
  • Be the key marketing point of contact for focus partners in helping support execution of initiatives with and through those partners.
  • Work closely with sales and regional leadership to align all partner and field marketing activities to sales goals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in partner marketing, channel partner or demand gen.
  • Experience owning marketing programs above and beyond the execution with full life-cycle project management: demand generation, sales enablement, partner enablement, content, analytics, lead management, etc.
  • Ability to deliver on a data-driven approach with comfort level analyzing data to support strategy and planning, working with BI team to create partner-specific reporting, working with partner on tracking progress and reporting KPI's.
  • Must be comfortable meeting directly with executives and represent the company professionally.
  • Able to operate in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building event programs across the country, including running multiple events consecutively.
  • Must like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals. This is a cross-functional role that builds and maintains ongoing communications with the partner and field team, marketing peers, product, and the partner.
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships with internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute creative, in-person experiences.
  • Available to travel if needed.
