We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel located in a rural estate. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £29,328 + gratuities, along with a range of benefits including a clothing allowance, paid monthly, and complimentary food on duty. You will also enjoy 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years), access to onsite mental health first aiders, and hundreds of high street discounts.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to work at the grade 2 listed hotel, ensuring guests' every need is taken care of during their stay. You will liaise with chefs and the housekeeping team to provide exemplary five-star service, serving food, drinks, fine wines, and offering concierge-style services such as driving across the estate and making reservations. Coordinating arrivals and departures while providing outstanding host services throughout.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience working at a luxury venue offering similar high levels of service. You must be confident in hosting guests with high expectations, familiar with fine wines, and possess excellent communication skills. Due to the rural location, you will need your own transport.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between £25,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience. However, with gratuities included, the total remuneration package can exceed £35,000 annually.
