Senior Conference Organiser – FinTech Global Events

We are seeking a highly experienced senior conference organiser to join our team and help drive the success of our FinTech events portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in creating and managing industry-leading business events, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations.

Salary: £40K - £55K (dependent on experience) + BONUSES based on performance.

About the Role
  • Taking ownership of multiple events from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Developing and implementing event strategies that align with business objectives, driving growth and innovation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leading a team of event coordinators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they achieve their full potential.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving event offerings and services.
