The Role
We are looking for a Senior Event Executive to manage the operational planning of our conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have clear experience of managing conference events and will work closely with our Head of Events to develop their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and leading on conference events
- Managing virtual and hybrid elements of events
- Working closely with internal teams
- Liaising with clients, speakers, and delegates
- Budget management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Delegate management
- Venue sourcing
- Providing onsite management
- Negotiating with existing suppliers and venues
- Researching new suppliers and creating cost comparisons
- Analyzing internal processes and proposing changes to management
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, flexible working, profit-based bonuses, global travel opportunities, and a great working environment.
