Strategic Business Growth Lead

GTS Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Lead to manage the full bid process, ensuring high-quality submissions that meet the client's requirements. As a successful candidate, you will provide coaching and guidance to direct reports, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management and leadership, working closely with colleagues and external partners to achieve business objectives.
">To succeed in this role, you will need strong writing skills, experience in bid management, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals on time. You should also have GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications, as well as APMP or Project Management certification. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
