Your expertise will be crucial in fostering both new and existing business initiatives. Ideally, you will possess a background in the HPF industry, bringing valuable product knowledge to the table. This position requires travel across various regions, including the UK and Northern Europe, and offers flexibility in your work location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance on designated projects, adhering to established timelines while upholding a high standard of technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with business units to advance existing and new market opportunities, ensuring the technical integrity of our offerings.
- Provide timely technical support to clients within designated market areas.
- Communicate technical advice accurately across all customer interactions, ensuring correctness at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints by following established protocols, maintaining professionalism and technical accuracy.
- Conduct product trials for clients, ensuring all procedures are meticulously planned and executed.
- Generate precise and technically sound reports, literature, and specifications for customer use.
- Maintain and update management systems to track commitments, progress, and workloads, regularly reviewing this information with the Technical Service Manager.
- Offer long-term support and oversight for global projects as needed.
- Assist team members with their projects as required.
- Travel to client locations as necessary to address issues or inquiries directly.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest technical standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, proactively addressing all requirements.
- Experience in Material or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in the High Performance Flooring sector (application, installation, sales, technical) is advantageous.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in customer service.
- Exhibit a keen attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work purposes.
