About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Support and Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide excellent customer service to our landlord members, answering their queries and providing practical solutions to help them navigate the complex regulatory environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Answering calls from members and responding to their queries in a timely and informative manner
  • Logging details of calls for future reference
  • Providing supplemental information and resources to support the advice given
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure that consistent messaging and content are developed and implemented

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A strong understanding of the private rental sector and its associated laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in an administration or office environment, preferably in the private rental sector
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is £26,392.50 per annum, which is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in supporting our members.
