Aspire Recruitment is seeking a skilled Career Guidance Specialist to deliver careers information, advice and guidance in schools, colleges, and at training provider premises across Tameside.

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced professional to engage with students and learners who are currently in education, training or seeking employment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create individual action or development plans for each customer
  • Effectively manage a caseload to meet current organisational objectives/targets set by funding bodies
  • Support with the provision of careers and labour market information; personal, social, health and careers education programmes and other support mechanisms for clients
  • Develop strong working relationships with learners and ensure they undertake the required research, learning or completion of application forms including UCAS

About You:

We are seeking applicants with a minimum Level 6 IAG qualification and a proven track record in inspiring learners through impartial careers education, information, advice, and guidance.
