About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to provide administrative support to our inhouse legal team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate business schedules, diaries, and paperwork in line with appointments and meetings
  • Prepare for meetings, including provision of supplies and refreshments, meeting room bookings, and travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Meet and greet high-level meeting attendees and delegates
  • Manage email inboxes and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor work deadlines and advise where necessary
  • Maintain business processes and procedures to ensure continuity and make improvements
  • Provide project support, business development, and stakeholder care on behalf of the business
Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior PA experience supporting a senior Director in a fast-paced, varied, and evolving environment. Experience within the legal sector, whether from private practice or inhouse legal teams, is essential. The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a varied role involved in events, projects, and operations support.

This is a full-time, permanent role working hybrid. Salary is dependent upon experience.
