Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Functional Support Specialist to contribute to the ongoing support, governance, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics D365 within the Group Commercial Services function at Renishaw PLC Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the user base by responding to D365 customer queries and following them through to successful resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to D365 users, resolving queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and governance of D365.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of D365 functionality and best practices to provide expert-level support.
  • Identify and report on trends and areas for improvement in D365 support and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support the adoption of D365.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing technical support and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and its functionality.
