Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Building Inspector to join Clearfield Ltd, a supportive team offering flexibility to work from home and a focus on achieving a healthy work-life balance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections and plan checks, working collaboratively with established clients in your area.

About the Role
This position is ideal for a qualified Building Inspector who values professional development and teamwork. You will join a team of Registered Building Inspectors covering residential and small commercial projects throughout Oxfordshire. Depending on your location, you will focus on sites in your area, ensuring you are working in an area that suits you best.
Our team works collaboratively, and management understands that excessive travel can take a toll on individuals. We offer a non-KPI-driven environment, with supportive management that values team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting up to 15-20 site inspections per week
Completing up to 5 plan checks
Working within a collaborative environment with supportive management
