We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Endoscopy team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Endoscopy service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the Endoscopy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the development of best practice.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and drive innovation in Endoscopy services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of Endoscopy services.
- Participate in research and development activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Provide education and training to other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in Endoscopy.
- First-level Registered Nurse qualification.
- Accreditation as a JAG-endorsed Independent Nurse Endoscopist in Upper and/or Lower GI procedures.
- Experience of working in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and driving innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
