Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the facilities team with tasks such as meeting room bookings, hospitality arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other materials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of phone system information, performing regular updates and audits as required.
  • Perform a range of administrative duties to support the facilities team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or front of house role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP would be highly beneficial.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
