We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Social Services Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and carers/families to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing creative reablement support plans that meet the individual needs of customers.
- Connecting customers with local resources and facilities to promote independence and community involvement.
- Operating within legal frameworks and defined budgets for social care, ensuring that all activities are compliant and effective.
- Working closely with colleagues from Health, private providers, the voluntary sector, and others to support the occupational needs of customers.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience within social services / local authority / council.
