Patient Services Coordinator

The Role:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Manage the reception area, handling incoming calls, and directing patients to the appropriate staff members.
- Meet and greet patients, staff, doctors, and visitors, providing a professional and courteous service.
- Liaise with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with GenesisCare policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest best practices and technologies.
- Contribute to the achievement of GenesisCare's business objectives, working flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
What You'll Have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
