The Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll provide outstanding patient care, manage reception duties, and offer administrative support. Your expertise will help us maintain a seamless patient experience, ensuring timely and efficient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and coordinate patient flow
- Direct incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Meet and greet patients, staff, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Support patient liaison in the waiting area, including paperwork, signposting, and communication
- Actively queue patients into MOSAIQ to track wait times
- Print and scan documents, maintaining accurate patient records
- Liaise with taxi companies for patient transportation
- Ensure patient questionnaires are completed
- Order and maintain reception stock
- Perform centre admin tasks, including post, SAP purchases, and Amazon orders
- Review unresolved appointments daily
- Utilize Datix for logging comments, concerns, and compliments
- Maintain the centre's fire box and conduct regular checks
- Ensure exceptional patient service at all times
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with GenesisCare processes
- Work collaboratively with team members, promoting clear communication and effective working relations
- Adhere to departmental protocols, policies, and procedures
- Participate in mandatory training and development opportunities
- Occasionally work out of hours to resolve issues and maintain service continuity
- Adhere to company standards for appearance, behavior, and demeanor
- Perform other duties as required for this role
- Work flexibly to achieve GenesisCare business objectives
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with GenesisCare policies and legislation
- Maintain security by following procedures and booking patients and visitors
