Health Visitor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our dedicated team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a community-based role, providing support to families (adults) with children aged zero to five.
You will be responsible for contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programs, completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care, and safeguarding. You will also support the supervision/line management and development of colleagues, undertake various competent clinical and non-clinical interventions, and attend team meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will require a registered health care professional qualification (NMC registration), a health-related degree, and evidence of relevant post-graduate development at Level 6. Experience in managing health-related projects/complex caseloads and supporting others (mentor/educator/supervisor) is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience.
