**About the Role**

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Focus Management Consultants Ltd. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and driving sales growth in the foodservice channel.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an extensive track record in key account management within foodservice working for a food manufacturing business. You should also have demonstrable experience of establishing, managing, and growing national accounts, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the foodservice channel* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders* Manage and grow existing national accounts to achieve sales targets* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice market* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication*

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field* 5+ years of experience in sales or account management* Proven track record of sales growth and account management success* Strong negotiation and contract management skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines*
