About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's ED, Day Services Nurse to join our team at East and North Herts NHS Trust. As a key member of our paediatric emergency department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our young patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care and prioritize workload effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community partners
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes growth
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or Registered Nurse Child (RN Child) with current NMC registration
  • Experience in managing patient care and prioritizing workload
  • Ability to use initiative and demonstrate awareness of own limits
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Competency in basic nursing skills and IT skills
