About the Role

As a Key Account Manager at RX Global, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our Tier One customers for our shows, Aircraft Interiors and World Travel Catering and Onboard Services. Your primary objective is to understand their unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions delivering exceptional value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, exceeding revenue targets across all revenue lines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular face-to-face visits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any customer issues and problems efficiently to maintain trust.
  • Contribute to generating new sales and turning them into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Utilize market-leading data to represent to clients the value of participating in events and increasing investment.
  • Tailor product packages to meet client objectives, offering event participation, market-leading digital products, and sponsorship & branding opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of future trends and emerging technologies to represent RX Global confidently at industry events.

Experience in the aerospace industry is a must, and exhibition/media sales experience is desirable. Proven experience as a key account manager and ability in problem-solving and negotiation are also essential.
