Job Overview

This role involves providing high-quality, effective, individualised care to patients by assessing their needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating them without supervision. You will work closely with the matrons to support the nursing team in paediatric nursing care.

Main Duties
  • Provide high-quality, individualised care to patients without supervision.
  • Assist the matrons in supporting the nursing team in paediatric nursing care.
  • Monitor standards of paediatric nursing care and take appropriate action to maintain and improve them.

The estimated salary for this position is around £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered Children’s Nurse with active registration.
  • Mentorship Qualification.
  • Educated to degree level.
