Emergency Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Emergency Care Manager to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care within our Accident and Emergency Department.
As a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your experience in an Emergency Unit setting will enable you to work under pressure, making quick decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes. We require a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience and Mentorship Level 3 or equivalent.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership skills, empathy, and a commitment to professional development. You will be part of a supportive atmosphere where mentorship and clinical supervision are provided. Team working and leadership are integral to our unit, with all staff empowered to make a real difference for our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated team to deliver nursing care of the highest standards.
- Work autonomously and manage a caseload while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
