About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Child Health Advocate to join our team at Academics. As an Aspiring Paediatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to children with complex needs, assisting with implementing individual learning plans and supporting social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to children with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualised learning plans.
  • Support children during social activities and outings.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a willingness to learn.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive training and development programme.
