Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our experienced therapists to provide tailored support to children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children who have faced trauma or neglect, and will be committed to helping them develop essential social, emotional, and mental well-being skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (desirable but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with challenging behaviour
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
