Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is embarking on a significant expansion of its Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), with a focus on developing its Neurodevelopmental pathway. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with significant experience in working with children and young people with Neurodevelopmental disorders. They will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessments, developing individually tailored treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other team members to deliver a safe, effective, and caring service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful contribution to the development of our Neurodevelopmental pathway and to work with a talented team of clinicians and support staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with Neurodevelopmental disorders
- Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver a comprehensive service
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families and carers

Requirements:
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Twelve years post-qualification experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Full Registration with the GMC
