Lunchtime Supervisor

Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Midday Supervisory Assistant.

As a key member of our school community, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during lunchtime. This will involve supervising and engaging with children in the playground or in classrooms at wet play, as well as administering basic first aid where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a positive and firm approach to ensuring good behaviour management, and will be able to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic lunch environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
