Job Description

We are seeking an Aspiring Paediatric Nurse to support children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs at our school in Hastings.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individual learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to children with complex needs
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Support children during social activities and outings, promoting their emotional and social development
  • Encourage effective communication and participation among children

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

They will also have relevant experience working with children with complex needs and a strong understanding of child development theories.

A qualification in nursing or a related field would be highly advantageous.

Salary Details

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
