Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Counsellor for Children and Young Adults to join our team at WhereToTalk.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with children and young people, providing expert support and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of their mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individual and group counselling sessions to children and young people
  • To work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective support and collaboration
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and engagement

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and mental health issues, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 6 hours per week or hours by negotiation including evenings.
