Key Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Manager at MERJE, your main duties will include:
  • Developing and implementing our compliance strategy to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements;
  • Working closely with the Director to identify areas where improvements can be made;
  • Providing guidance and support to other members of the team on compliance matters;
  • Maintaining records of compliance activities and reporting to senior management as required.


We offer a competitive salary of around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
