About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our North Lanarkshire Justice Service as a Community Support Coordinator. This exciting opportunity involves providing one-to-one support to individuals, empowering them to build confidence, independence, and coping skills.

You will work closely with the Justice Worker to identify areas of need and develop tailored support plans. The role requires teaching independent living skills, health walks, check-ins, and attending recovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 support to individuals, promoting positive relationships and trust
  • Teach essential life skills, including health and wellbeing
  • Support attendance at recovery meetings and provide emotional support
  • Maintain accurate records and report to the Justice Worker

Estimated Salary: £11-13 per hour, equivalent to approximately £22,000 - £26,000 per annum for a minimum of 2 hours per week commitment.
