Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Healthcare Improvement Scotland as a Support Operations Coordinator. We are seeking highly organised, effective and confident communicators who work well using their own initiative and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will provide essential operational support within our organisation. Duties may include organisational tasks such as diary management, minute taking, arranging travel and accommodation, processing invoices and liaising with NHS, Scottish Government, health and social care professionals and other colleagues from across Scotland.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation. As a Support Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our corporate programmes covering Complaints Management, Public Protection, Trauma Informed Practice and Children & Young People agendas, Professional Governance (professional registrations/revalidations, clinical supervision, practice placements and related forums and oversight groups) and Clinical & Care Governance.

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and driven in their approach to work and who are keen to develop and grow in the role.

Salary and Benefits
