Hays Business Support is a leading provider of business support services. Our client, an expanding international organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of financial duties, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and handling queries from clients and suppliers. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of various financial responsibilities and utilise your existing finance skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in purchase and sales ledger is essential.
  • Professional communication skills are required, both verbal and written, as you will liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on a daily basis.
  • Good knowledge of Excel is necessary, and experience of SAP is advantageous.
