Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients at LNRS Data Services Ltd Company. As a technical point of contact, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management functions to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role that requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will develop a deep understanding of ICIS APIs and communicate their value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line support for customer queries and faults, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Deliver technical customer on-boarding, ensuring a seamless experience and clear understanding of ICIS datasets.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation to support customer experience.
  • Review and maintain documentation for API implementation, including reference guides and FAQs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the business, particularly to product and development teams.
Requirements
  • Experience with integration technologies, particularly REST-based APIs.
  • Proficiency in at least one major coding language, such as C#, Python, or SQL.
  • Demonstrate a track record of customer-centricity and exceeding objectives and goals.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience with energy and enthusiasm that inspires others.
  • Experience working closely with business and technology stakeholders, both internally and externally.
