**Job Title:** SEN Cover Teacher
Location: Walsall
Salary: £120-£180 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable individual to provide high-quality teaching and support to students with special educational needs in a specialist SEND school.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to offer holistic care and education.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to ensure accessibility for all students.
- Follow school policies on safeguarding, behaviour management, and individual education plans (IEPs).
- Build strong relationships with students to encourage progress in both academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
