Senior Quality Manager Lead

This position requires a seasoned Quality Manager to oversee our quality operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, leading quality employees, and fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
- Analyze data to inform quality improvements and optimize business processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
- Manage vendor partnerships and conduct quality assessments.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the quality team.
- Collaborate with operational teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess an HBO degree, significant experience in quality management, and expertise in HACCP and related regulations. They should also demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Benefits Package
We offer a highly competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
