Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Management Lead to join our team at White & Clayton Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

About You:
- You have a strong background in quality management, with a focus on ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- You are a results-driven individual with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and implement areas for improvement

Requirements:
- HBO work and thinking level
- Demonstrable experience with quality management in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including HACCP

Salary: €65,000 - €90,000 per year
