A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a Lead Quality Engineer at Aviva plc. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in GEN AI quality engineering and a passion for driving innovation and improvement within the organisation.

The successful candidate will establish a GEN AI QE capability, leading through coaching and development to embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will evaluate end-to-end processes, focusing on customer satisfaction and ROI analysis at various levels.

You will specialise in AI content review/auditing, assessing quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content through a detailed engineering understanding of GenAI.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other teams while maintaining focus on Quality Engineering and bringing unique perspectives to the team.
  • Worked in various organisations using diverse development and engineering processes (including BDD).
  • Solve complex problems and perceived failures through root cause analysis in an agile environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, you can benefit from a 10% bonus opportunity, up to 14% pension contribution, 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 5 days' flexible leave.
