Job Overview

The role involves evaluating E2E processes, working closely with customers to deliver high-quality outcomes, and assessing the ROI of various activities. You will also specialize in AI content review/auditing, ensuring quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of content through a deep understanding of Gen AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Quality Engineering initiatives while maintaining focus on Quality.
  • Apply expertise in DevSecOps, distributed system principles, auto scaling/load balancing, and Gen AI engineering knowledge to drive quality outcomes.
  • Solve complex problems through root cause analysis and work effectively in an agile environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in core engineering knowledge, Gen AI engineering, automation frameworks, and testing tools. Familiarity with languages like Python and Java is also essential. A strong understanding of BDD and ability to adapt to various development processes are highly desirable.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary, based on performance.
