Senior Quality Assurance Experts at Cavendish Nuclear are responsible for shaping and driving quality standards, leading impactful audits, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Support quality planning activities, engaging with teams to maintain high standards.
  2. Design and execute risk-based audit programmes to evaluate internal and supplier compliance.
  3. Lead audits and manage non-conformance data to drive sustainable improvements.
  4. Facilitate investigations into quality events and oversee corrective actions.
  5. Champion quality awareness initiatives to foster a culture of excellence.
  6. Collaborate with Procurement to assess supplier capabilities and align with project quality standards.

This is a full-time role with an estimated salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, providing hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite and 2-3 days working from home.
